Peet's Coffee Espresso Capsules, Classic Variety Pack, 40 Count

Peet's Espresso Capsules are espresso capsules designed for coffee drinkers who want a variety pack with multiple roast choices in a compatible capsule format. The set suits shoppers who already use a Nespresso Original machine and want different espresso profiles available without choosing only one blend.

The collection includes four boxes of ten capsules, with one box each of Ricchezza, Crema Scura, Ristretto, and Nerissimo. That variety gives buyers a way to choose between different flavor directions, including berry and brown sugar notes from the medium roast Ricchezza, dark luscious crema notes from the medium roast Crema Scura, spice and chocolate notes from the dark roast Ristretto, and bittersweet indulgence from the dark roast Nerissimo.

Compatibility is a key part of the design. These capsules work with Nespresso Original machines, including models such as Essenza Mini, Essenza Plus, Pixie, CitiZ, Lattissima, KitchenAid, and Creatista Nespresso Original machines. The capsules are not made for Nespresso Vertuo machines, so buyers should match the capsule type with their existing brewer before purchasing.

The aluminum capsule construction and sealed design are aimed at keeping the coffee aroma and flavor protected until brewing. Peet's also provides a mail back recycling program for the aluminum capsules. Brewing options include ristretto pulls at 0.85 OZ / 25 ml or espresso pulls at 1.35 OZ / 40 ml, giving users two listed preparation styles to choose from.

Verdict: Peet's Espresso Capsules are a good fit for Nespresso Original machine owners who want a mix of medium and dark roast espresso options in one set. Shoppers with Vertuo machines or those looking for a different capsule format should consider another option that matches their brewer.

If you are comparing capsule choices, match the format and flavor profiles to the equipment you already have and the coffee styles you prefer.

Use these capsules with a compatible Nespresso Original machine and follow the brewer instructions for preparing your espresso. Matching the capsule type with the correct machine helps ensure the listed compatibility applies to your setup.

Try the different included varieties to find the roast profiles that fit your preferences. The set includes medium and dark roast options, so you can choose based on whether you prefer Ricchezza, Crema Scura, Ristretto, or Nerissimo.
