Breville Bambino Plus Espresso Machine Bundle w/ Baratza Encore ESP Espresso Grinder | Black | BEP501BTR1BNA1

Breville pairs two dedicated coffee tools in this espresso machine bundle to give home brewers a coordinated setup for grinding fresh beans and pulling balanced shots. By packaging the Bambino Plus with the Baratza Encore ESP burr grinder, this bundle solves the challenge of matching an espresso maker with a grinder capable of fine espresso adjustments without forcing you to shop for separate appliances.

Grind precision is handled by the Baratza Encore ESP, which features European precision steel burrs and 40 total settings. Settings 1 through 20 provide the high-resolution adjustments required to dial in espresso, while settings 21 through 40 are calibrated for filter coffee, French press, and cold brew. Using the included 54mm dosing cup, you can transfer grounds straight into the 54mm stainless steel portafilter with minimal counter mess, using the ideal 18-gram dose across either single-wall or dual-wall filters.

Water delivery and thermal control work quickly to maintain extraction standards. The 15 bar Italian pump starts with low-pressure pre-infusion to gently wet the coffee bed before ramping up to 9 bar extraction for a creamy, caramel-colored espresso. The built-in ThermoJet heating system hits optimum extraction temperature in 3 seconds, eliminating lengthy warmup waits while using up to 32 percent less energy annually compared to a standard Thermoblock system based on November 2022 internal testing.

Milk texturing is managed by the Auto MilQ steam wand, which creates silky microfoam with at least one million micro bubbles per milliliter. The wand provides three adjustable milk temperatures and three texture levels for hands-free steaming suitable for latte art, while still supporting manual texturing if you want hands-on barista practice. Setup is simplified through the BILT Intelligent Instructions app, offering interactive 3D step-by-step guidance right on your phone.

Because the set consists of two independent units, you will need enough counter width to place both the grinder and the espresso machine near electrical outlets. In addition, the grinder divides its 40 steps across multiple brew styles, concentrating your espresso dial-in options solely within the lower 20 settings.

Verdict: This espresso machine bundle is an excellent choice for coffee lovers who want fast three-second startup times, true 9 bar extraction, and hands-free microfoam texturing straight out of the box. Shoppers who need an all-in-one appliance with an integrated grinder or a push-button automatic machine should consider an alternative design.
